Rules for Conducting Enabling Activities

Enabling activities within Russian Expo Days India online exhibition (hereinafter referred to as the «online exhibition») are the promotional enabling activities in terms of article 9 of the Federal Law No. 38-FZ of March 13, 2006 on Advertising, and are not a public contest in terms of chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, therefore are not a lottery in terms of Federal Law No. 138-FZ of November 11, 2003 on Lotteries.

By participating in the online exhibition, Participants fully agree to these rules (hereinafter referred to as the «Rules»).

General Provisions

1. Online exhibition is held on the Internet portal at india.russiadays.travel (hereinafter referred to as the «Official website») during the period from December 7, 2020 to December 11, 2020 inclusive.
2. The Organizer of the draw of prizes within the online exhibition is Profi Travel LLC (hereinafter referred to as the «Organizer»). INN 6685014210, KPP 667101001, legal address: 620142, Yekaterinburg, 8 March street, d. 51, 17th floor. Contacts of the Organizer: academy@profi.travel, tel. +7 (495) 120-28-25.
3. Prizes pickup point: the names of the winners of the online exhibition will be published on the Official website of the online exhibition on December 11, 2020.

Prize Fund of Online Exhibition. Rules for drawing Prizes and issuing Certificates

1. Every user who clicks the «Register» button is considered a participant of the online exhibition for travel industry professionals from Russia Expo Days India, organized by the media holding Profi.Travel, which takes place on December 7–11, 2020.
2. Each participant of the online exhibition Russia Expo Days India and a candidate for prizes must have a fully completed profile when registering for the online exhibition. If the winner’s profile is not completely filled in and has empty columns, the results of the draw will be reviewed in favor of another participant. For those who do not have their profile filled in during registration, Russian Expert Certificate will not be issued.
3. Those who watch at least 5 live sessions of the online exhibition will receive the diploma. All the participants of Russian Expo Days for India have a chance to get the prizes.
4. Prizes for Russia Expo Days for India participants include:

   5 trips to Krasnaya Polyana Resort, Sochi. The detailed information as follows:

   • 2 nights in one of Krasnaya Polyana resort hotels (if necessary, the 3rd night is provided at a special price)
   • Airport-resort-airport transfer
   • Cable car lift and the resort sightseeing tour
   • One of the resort activities (depending on the season)
   • The dates are open, on request, in the period from 01.04.2021 to 01.12.2021

      • Souvenirs from the Amur region
      • Accommodation at the Mercure 4* hotel in Blagoveshchensk, Amur region

      *The winners will be determined with random number generator

5. Applicants for the prizes of the online exhibition Russia Expo Days for India and holders of the Russian Expert Certificate are the following users:
   • Travel Agent (User), registered for the corresponding online event;
   • Travel Agent (User), who watches all the exhibition broadcasts online from 7 to 11 December.
6. Russian Expert Certificate will be issued to the first and last name of the User specified in the profile when registering for the online exhibition, it is not possible to change the data in the diploma after its discharge. Pay attention and check whether your first and last name are written correctly in your profile.
7. Determination of the award winning online exhibition will be held on 11 December 2020.
8. Names of the winners of the online exhibition who will win prizes will be published on the website of the online exhibition during the week of 14 December
9. If winning will qualify for several participants, the draw will be made using a random number generator.
10. The drawing is held by the company «Profi.Travel» (academy@profi.travel, +7 (495) 120-28-25) and can be presented to Users in any convenient format (publication of results on the exhibition page, video recording, live broadcast).
11. Attention! All the applicants for prizes must be travel business representatives. The organizers can ask the winner for a document to confirm his belonging to the travel business, the company’s website link and or make a phone call, so we can confirm the status of a travel company representative.
12. The full terms of use of the exhibition prize, as well as the terms, place and procedure for its receipt will be provided to the winner when winning a particular prize. If the winner fails to meet the conditions specified by the partner for receiving a gift, they will not be able to implement it.
13. The participant who won one of the prizes may not qualify for other prizes.
14. All travel agents must comply with the rules during on-line broadcasts from 7 to 11 December. For obscene expressions, rudeness and expressions that clearly or indirectly affect the honor and dignity of the hosts, moderators and other participants of the online exhibition, statements not on the topic of the webinar (flood) and/or spam that interfere with the communication of webinar listeners, participants of the broadcast will be banned. If the violation is repeated, such a user will be excluded from the list of participants in the online exhibition, they will not be able to participate in the final draw, and they will not receive a certificate.
15. Organizer of the online exhibition has the right to make changes to these rules during the event.
16. Prizes cannot be transferred to third parties.
17. To award prizes, the winners of the online exhibition will be contacted by the Organizers of the online exhibition via Russian Information Center in India.
18. The Organizer reserves the right to change the timing of the online exhibition, to prolong or to terminate the online exhibition ahead of schedule, by announcing it on the Official website. All Organizer’s decisions are final and can not be appealed.

1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the timing of the online exhibition, to prolong or to terminate the online exhibition ahead of schedule, by announcing it on the Official website. All Organizer’s decisions are final and can not be appealed.

Other Terms and Conditions

1. This Provision is the only official document of participation in the online exhibition. In case of the situations allowing for ambiguous interpretation of this Provision, and/or outstanding issues, the final decision on such interpretation is directly and exclusively made by the Organizer of the online exhibition.
2. Conducting the online exhibition and prize drawing is not a lottery or other game based on risk, does not require payment of participation fees and does not pursue the goal of generating profit or other income.
3. In everything that is not provided for in these Rules and Provision, the Organizer and Participants of the online exhibition are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
4. Participation in the online exhibition automatically implies Participants’ independent familiarization and full agreement with these Rules.
5. All personal data provided by Participants for participation in the online exhibition will be stored in accordance with the terms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Personal Data Protection

1. The fact of the registration on the Official website of the online exhibition is Participant’s consent on personal data (mobile number, last name, first name and middle name, e-mail, place of work, city) processing by the Organizer or persons involved in strict accordance with the goals established by these Rules.
2. Personal data voluntarily provided by the Participant on the Official website of the online exhibition and in the User’s profile are used by the Organizer and/or his authorized persons for the purpose of conducting the online exhibition and drawing prizes.
3. Names, surnames, photos and videos of Participants associated with participation in the online exhibition and other materials about them may be used by the Organizer to fulfill its obligations to conduct the online exhibition and draw prizes or for other purposes that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4. The purpose of processing personal data is to conduct the online exhibition and prize draw in accordance with these Rules and current legislation.
5. The list of personal data provided by the Participant and processed by the Organizer or the persons involved is established and limited by these Rules.
6. The list of actions with the personal data provided by the Participants: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
7. The Organizer and persons involved process the personal data of the Participants in strict accordance with the principles and rules established by the Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 on Personal Data, including confidentiality and security of personal data during their processing, including requirements to protection established by article 19 of the named Law.
8. The Organizer organizes the processing of personal data during the online exhibition.
9. The Participant has the right to withdraw the permission to process personal data at any time by sending an email to academy@profi.travel or by sending a written statement to the Organizer’s mailing address by the Russian Post in a registered letter with declared value with an inventory of the attachment, which entails automatic termination of participation in the online exhibition of the person who has withdrawn his personal data.
