Hello Mahendra. I'm very glad to see your interest to Samara. You can come to Samara Region all year round. In winter there are a lot of snow and average temperature is 10 degrees centigrade below zero. In summer the temperature can be 25-30 centigrade up zero. In summer you can also swimming in the Volga River and riding in a boat. I think you can come us in New Year (if you want to see snow) or every time since May till September. We are not far from Moscow or Saint Petersburg - just 2 hour flight from Moscow, 3 hour flight from Saint Petersburg. So you can combine Samara with these cities. To my mind you can spend here from 2 till 7 interesting days. We have some Indian Restaurants and many other restaurants make vegeterian food. Sincerely yours, Olga.
